Fixed price on the day

A fully fixed written quote covering supply, fitting, uplift and door trimming is given on the day of the home visit. The quoted price is the final price — nothing is added on fitting day.

Everything included — no extras

Every job includes: uplift and disposal of the old floor, sub-floor preparation (levelling, priming, ply overlay as required), fitting, underlay, door bars and trimming of all doors to clear the new floor height. No separate trades to arrange.

12-month fitting guarantee in writing

Every installation carries a 12-month fitting guarantee provided in writing on the day of completion. If anything lifts, gaps or comes loose within 12 months, we return and fix it free of charge — no call-out fee, no quibbling.

No subcontractors — ever

Every job is carried out by the Floors & Fix in-house team. The same team attends from the home visit through to final installation. There are no subcontractors, no handoffs and no strangers turning up unannounced.
